Residential Care & Activities Officer – Joining Bonus

Priory School in Bury St. Edmunds is seeking a Residential Activities and Child Care Officer (RACCO) to support children and young people with complex needs in a safe, structured residential setting.

The role focuses on wellbeing, personal development, independence, and emotional resilience through key working, care plans and risk assessments. The post is 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Maternity Cover until July 2027, with a rota including after-school shifts.
