The post holder will be a registered Nursing Associate and will practise in accordance with the NMC Code, Nursing Associate Standards of Proficiency, Trust policies and professional accountability requirements.
They will recognise and work within the limits of their competence to provide high-quality, efficient and effective care to patients on the Isle of Wight and delivering care closer to patients’ homes.
