Community Home Nurse: Wound Care & Palliative Support

East Suffolk And North Essex Nhs Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to join the North East Integrated Neighbour Team. You will provide high quality care in patients’ homes, showing commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility in a 08:00–18:00 seven day service.

The role involves working with district and community nurses, therapists and social care colleagues, with broad opportunities for training and professional development within a supportive MDT.
