Dual Deputy Manager – Children’s Homes Lead

Budwood Limited, part of Polaris Community, is seeking a Dual Deputy Manager to support two children’s residential homes in Poole. You will help lead the team, maintain high standards of care and support young people aged 8–18 toward independence.

You’ll need a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or be working towards it), at least two years’ residential childcare experience, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive, child‑centred approach.
