Onsite Healthcare Recruitment Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Fairlie Healthcare Group is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our team in Purley. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a busy healthcare recruitment environment, travelling between our centres as needed.

You will support the full recruitment process from application through onboarding, maintain candidate records in ATS Cezanne and CIPHR, and help ensure a positive candidate experience while complying with UK recruitment requirements.
