IPS Employment Specialist for Mental Health Recovery

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for an Occupational Therapist, RMN, or Social Worker to join our Mental Health Employment Service in Bridgwater, delivering IPS to help people with serious mental health challenges gain paid employment. Travel across the county is required.

You will assess abilities, develop action plans, and provide job coaching and in-work support, working with Community Mental Health Teams and employers to create real opportunities.
