HR Adviser: Hybrid Role, Manager Coaching & Casework

North Yorkshire Council invites applications for an HR Adviser in our HR Advisory Team. Based at County Hall in Northallerton, this hybrid role supports the five directorates across NYC, offering HR enquiries by phone and email and casework support.

You will provide advice on employment issues, manage disciplinary and grievance cases, develop relationships with managers and staff, and deliver manager skills sessions to empower teams. Travel across the county is required.
