SEND Home-to-School Transport Officer

Bolton Council is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Integrated Transport Team to assess and provide travel solutions for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. You will determine eligibility for transport, contract external providers, and handle related casework and reporting.

The role requires good literacy, numeracy and IT skills, plus strong communication with parents, schools and senior officers.
