Platform Housing Group is recruiting an HR Establishment Data Assistant to maintain and improve Establishment data within the HRIS, focusing on accuracy and process improvements. The role is home-based with occasional travel to Worcester/Birmingham for meetings and reviews.
You will create, amend and review Establishment posts in iTrent, run data integrity checks, and support HRIS colleagues with system updates and Establishment changes. Proactive problem solving and data analysis are essential.
