Farnell, an Avnet company, is seeking an HR Advisor to join the HR Service Centre in Leeds. This full-time, hybrid role supports managers and employees UK-wide, Ireland, and Nordics, delivering high-quality HR advice and handling employee relations cases.

You’ll work from the Leeds head office 3 days per week, participate in people-focused projects, and collaborate across the global organisation to improve HR processes and ways of working.
