Community Wellbeing Support Specialist

Manchester City Council is recruiting for a Daytime Support role based in the city. You will provide practical and emotional support to adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, promoting independence and participation in daily activities.

The post requires a proactive, team-based approach, with flexibility to work 08:00–18:00 when needed and a commitment to equality and inclusion in service delivery.
