Part-Time Service & Selling Coach — Elevate Customer Experience

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a part-time Service & Selling Coach to train Partners on high-standard service and selling skills on the shop floor. You will deliver engaging coaching sessions, tailor learning to various styles, and drive customer-centric excellence aligned with the John Lewis brand.

You’ll support inductions, provide constructive feedback, and help Partners access and use training tools including new learning platforms. DBS checks may apply and flexible hours are possible.
