HR Generalist: Recruitment, Payroll & People Growth

London Marriott Hotel Regents Park is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate inductions, provide HR guidance to managers, support disciplinary and absence processes, and oversee payroll with the HR Manager.

You will maintain records, ensure GDPR compliance, coordinate training, monitor visas and contribute to employee engagement and reporting. Hospitality experience and a CIPD qualification are advantageous.
