Thrive Navigator: Community Wellbeing Connector

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for Thrive Navigator roles within the M Thrive Hub network in Manchester. Navigators will provide signposting, information and wellbeing support to children, young people and carers, working with local services across VCSE, health, education and care sectors.

These roles are non-clinical, strength-based and person-centred, focusing on planning and delivering youth support and enabling integrated community responses.
