Hybrid Recruitment Resourcer | Training & Progression

Aqumen Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer in Leeds to support our temporary, permanent and event teams. You will update the CRM, interview candidates, and brief them on roles, hours and locations.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the role focuses on accurate records, efficient candidate processing, and confidentiality across recruitment activities. Homeworking is allowed on Wednesdays and Fridays as needed.
