Part-Time Governance & Board Support Lead

Foundation Scotland is seeking a Governance Manager (Part-Time), home-based with some travel across Scotland. You will support Board and committees, manage governance records and delegated authorities, and assist trustee recruitment and development.

Working with the Head of Finance and Business Services, you will coordinate risk registers, monitor actions, and help ensure governance and compliance across the organisation.
