Fieldfisher’s Pathways to Practice in Birmingham offers a paid insight and work experience programme for first-year students from underrepresented backgrounds who are considering a career in commercial law.
Participants gain hands-on exposure via virtual induction, sessions on AI in practice, the business of law, personal branding and presentation skills, plus an in-person induction and three days of work shadowing across departments.
