Repairs & Maintenance Administrator (Housing)

Axis CLC Group is seeking an organised Administrator to join the Repairs & Maintenance team. You will coordinate reactive, planned and disrepair works across a large housing portfolio, ensuring repairs are processed efficiently and residents are kept informed.

Responsibilities include scheduling repair orders, maintaining records, and liaising with residents, operatives and subcontractors to provide progress updates. A strong IT skillset and housing sector knowledge are desirable.
