Shift Manager: Warehouse Lead at Desford Site

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Shift Manager at the Desford site to lead warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and service quality.

You will manage shift teams, run daily briefings, supervise inventory using WMS and handheld devices, and ensure payroll data is accurately maintained in Oracle/Kronos. The role runs Monday–Friday, 06:00–18:00 with some flexibility.
