Retail Customer Experience Advisor

Argos Limited is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service at tills and collection counters. You will guide customers through in-store and online experiences, answer questions, and provide informed product recommendations.

You’ll also assist with stock, process payments, and handle refunds as needed. In this role you’ll build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to help customers make confident choices.
