Shift Manager – Store Operations & Team Leader

Argos Shift Manager roles in our stores involve leading shifts, coaching teams, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly on the shop floor. You will often take charge in the Store Manager’s absence, organising the warehouse, handling deliveries and serving customers to maintain excellent shopping experiences.
