Patient Services Administrator – 6 Month FTC

Circle Rehabilitation, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Patient Administrator to join the Administration team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern, based in Birmingham.

You will support the patient journey, manage bookings and mail, and uphold service standards. Applicants should have Maths and English GCSEs (A–C), PC proficiency, and private healthcare admin experience is beneficial.
