Customer Experience Lead – Fashion Retail

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor in the UK who will lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and support the Shop Manager in achieving commercial and visual standards. You will coach and develop the team, maintain stock integrity, and promote multichannel shopping.

You will manage and motivate staff, run team briefs in management absence, and ensure health, safety, and store procedures are followed in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
