Duty Manager — Lead Multi‑Team Hotel Operations

Premier Inn Preston East is recruiting for a Duty Manager on a 24-hour-per-week fixed-term contract until 21 January 2027. This isn’t a desk job; you’ll lead front-of-house during your shift, support housekeeping and restaurant teams, and help guests have a great stay.

You’ll run pre-shift briefings, coach colleagues, resolve guest issues, and step in across reception and operations. If you enjoy leading from the front and staying calm under pressure, this is a brilliant next step.
