Store Manager – Lead Sales & Customer Experience

Shoe Zone is seeking a Store Manager for our Stockton-on-Tees store. You will be a hands-on leader, driving sales and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while mentoring a frontline team.

You will own the store standards, merchandising, and health and safety compliance, aiming to maximise performance and customer satisfaction while supporting business growth and change. This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary.
