Pilgrim’s Europe is recruiting Key Skilled Operatives to join our team at the Dungannon site. Successful candidates will process product within their department and ensure hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are maintained.

A key element is working as part of a team to meet production KPIs. Roles involve operating machinery (training provided), maintaining quality, and rotating duties to support other areas of the factory.
