Trauma-Informed Training Lead – Residential Childcare

SuperCare is seeking a Training Co-ordinator to strengthen learning across our Ofsted-registered children’s homes in East London with travel to London homes and Eastbourne. You will deliver engaging, trauma-aware training and embed our child-centred practice.

Working with the Training Manager, you’ll support staff development, assess progress towards Level 3 Diplomas, and coach teams to lift care standards. A background in residential childcare and safeguarding is essential.
