Learning & Development Specialist – Hybrid (London)

Compass Lexecon is seeking a proactive L&D Coordinator to support the Europe, Middle East and Asia offices. You will coordinate training delivery, liaise with facilitators, and ensure materials align with in-house standards.

The role reports to the L&D Manager within a global economic consultancy. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in L&D or Training, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
