Hands-on Maintenance Technician — Care Home

Averill House Care Home in Newton Heath, Manchester, is seeking a Maintenance Officer to keep the home safe, well maintained and fully operational. This is a hands-on role working with the maintenance team to support residents’ comfort and safety.

You will perform repairs, inspections, installations and general upkeep across the building and grounds, ensure equipment runs safely, and coordinate with contractors as needed.
