Hybrid Financial Services Customer Advisor

People’s Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to help our members understand pensions and financial information. The role is hybrid with three days at home, Monday to Friday, and a starting salary of £26,725 plus progression based on experience.

You will handle calls, emails, letters, texts and webchat, work closely with Operations, and contribute to clear communication and excellent service while developing pensions knowledge.
