Branch Customer Experience Specialist

Nationwide’s Totton branch is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers in person, by phone and online. This permanent, part-time role (24 hours/week, Mon–Sat) focuses on everyday banking, transactions and guiding customers to suitable services with care and integrity.

You’ll join a branch that prioritises accessible face-to-face banking, with training during the first weeks and a pro‑rata salary for part-time work.
