Safety Performance & Learning Advisor – Onsite

Babcock invites applications for a Safety Performance Coordinator at Devonport Royal Dockyard. The role supports the Health and Safety team, coordinating safety activities, maintaining records, and sharing lessons learned across the organisation.

The successful candidate will track safety events, produce reports, support meetings and investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement in a highly regulated defence environment. On-site, 35 hours per week, SC clearance required.
