Join Aldi on a 12-month Retail Management Placement and gain valuable hands-on experience across multiple stores. This programme offers a true taste of retail management, allowing you to work closely with Store Operations teams to support the Store Manager, drive performance and a strong commitment to customer service. It’s a challenging and rewarding opportunity designed to prepare you for a future management career, with the potential to return after graduation and progress into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in authorising duties, handling complaints, and managing schedules and pricing
• Ensure store safety, product compliance, and report repairs and authority visits
• Drive business performance by implementing strategy, meeting KPIs, and delivering excellent customer service
• Manage stock quality, inventory accuracy, and surplus redistribution
• Oversee till operations, cash handling, employee training, and compliance with regulations

Skills & Experience

• Working towards a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong commitment to customer service and achieving business results
• Agile and proactive leader with a focus on delivering outcomes and embracing change
