Fed up with unrealistic apprenticeship start targets?
Rubbish commission schemes? Or perhaps no commission at all? College BDMs, we see you!
What about flexibility? Maybe you’re fully remote and miss having an office to pop into, or you’re expected to be in the office when you’d rather work from home?
Or perhaps you’re simply ready for a new challenge or a change of apprenticeship sector?
If any of that resonates, keep reading.
The Opportunity
We’re recruiting an experienced Apprenticeship Business Development Manager to join a well-established training provider, selling apprenticeships across the business and professional services sectors, with a particular focus on legal and accountancy.
The role comes with an achievable target of eight apprenticeship starts per month following a ramp-up period, commission from your very first start and double commission for exceeding quarterly targets.
You’ll also have the freedom to choose how you work, whether that’s fully remote, hybrid or office-based, with a vibrant office in central Manchester available for those who enjoy being around a team and live close enough.
