Part-Time Customer Experience Associate

William Hill PLC in Carlisle is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our shop team. You will welcome customers, process bets, assist with queries, and demonstrate how to use betting terminals, while building strong relationships and promoting safer gambling.

Shifts cover 8am–10pm, Monday–Sunday, with a rota-based pattern that may include evenings and weekends. The role offers benefits including pension, annual pay review, 28 days holiday (pro rata), and birthday day off.
