Customer Experience Specialist – Water Services

The Clancy Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support South West Water. You will handle customer enquiries via phone and email, resolve issues with empathy, and keep customers informed of progress on works.

You will also update internal systems, compile data, and work with internal teams to ensure a consistently high-quality experience. A full UK driving licence and strong IT skills are essential.
