Beauty Store Co-Lead: Customer Experience & Sales

THG LOOKFANTASTIC Bristol is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead the team in delivering exceptional in-store service and sales. You will drive the customer journey, coach the team, manage events and education, and ensure luxury beauty standards across the store.

Role requires leadership, at least 2 years in beauty retail, excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and willingness to work weekends/bank holidays.
