Sales Lead – Showroom & Tradepoint, Uncapped Bonuses

B&Q Croydon is seeking a Sales Lead to support the Sales Team Manager in building a high performing team across Showroom and TradePoint. You will help exceed sales targets and ensure a fantastic end-to-end customer experience, while leading daily activities that optimise coverage and service.

You’ll deploy colleagues effectively, handle customer and colleague escalations, and collate analytical data to inform decisions, with the aim of driving performance and customer satisfaction across stores.
