As a Telephone Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and developing customers over the phone to maintain and grow profitable revenue. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers, converting leads into loyal clients while achieving individual sales targets.
What you’ll do
- -Manage a portfolio of customers via regular call cycles.
- -Convert prospect leads into customers, focusing on those with maximum revenue potential.
- -Establish customer agreements and apply pricing guidelines.
- -Maintain accurate customer information in our systems.
- -Promote e-commerce tools and cost-effective sales channels.
- -Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, security, and customs regulations.
What you’ll bring
- -Proven track record in a sales environment.
- -Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- -Strong achievement drive and ability to work as part of a team.
- -Confident telephone skills and computer literacy.
- -Experience in telephone sales, call centre, or face-to-face customer contact preferred.
- -GCSE standard in English and Maths (or equivalent).
