Eyewear Consultant & Customer Care Expert

Boots Opticians is recruiting a Retail Assistant to be the friendly first and last point of contact for customers in-store. You will build relationships, listen to needs, and help customers find the right eyewear solution while supporting pre-screening activities and eye-tests.

You will also take part in our industry-leading Step Into Optics training programme, combining hands-on experience with workshops to develop your knowledge and skills within a busy retail optician environment.
