Lead Fashion Retail: Assistant Store Manager

Footasylum is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Oxford Street flagship in London. You will support the Store Manager, lead a store team, drive sales, and enhance customer experiences while developing colleagues in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

The role involves acting as Store Manager in their absence, with opportunities to progress to Store Manager. Prior Deputy/Assistant roles or Retail Supervisory experience are advantageous.
