Recruitment Consultant — High-Volume, Hybrid Role

Hunter Savage is expanding its Business Support team in Northern Ireland. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full lifecycle for business support roles across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, building strong client and candidate relationships and growing your own desk with full operations and marketing support.

You will handle high-volume, fast-moving vacancies with a consultative, relationship-led approach, leveraging your sales background or recruiting experience.
