About you
- Proven experience as a roofer, preferably within maintenance or housing sectors
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work efficiently alone or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are preferred
What you’ll do
- Carry out roofing repairs, response maintenance, and project work efficiently to high standards
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external clients to minimise disruption
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out using mobile tools
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and policies
- Support continuous improvement efforts, including mentoring apprentices
