Apprentice Administrator – Patient Services & Admin

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers an apprenticeship in administration within our Patient Booking Service. You will handle telephone inquiries from patients, relatives and carers, process referrals, print letters and appointment documents, and support transport and interpreter arrangements.

You will train through education sessions and spend time on admin duties under supervision, completing a Diploma Level 2 in Customer Service.
