Full-Time Home Care Assistant — Paid Training & Growth

Highgate Care is seeking full-time Community Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across Bridlington and surrounding areas. No previous experience is necessary, and we provide excellent paid in-house training and ongoing support to help you build your skills and confidence.

We offer £13.82 per hour, mileage paid at 30p per mile, and a £500 Refer a Friend scheme. The role includes paid training and opportunities to work towards NVQ Level 2 and beyond.
