Hybrid Finance Director – Growth & Strategy Leader

Tempcover is seeking a commercially driven Finance Director to partner with the CEO and Leadership Team in London. You will shape growth, optimise unit economics, and lead a 6-person finance team to scale the business rapidly.

You will oversee FP&A, governance, and regulatory compliance (FCA/Consumer Duty), translating complex numbers into strategic narratives for the Board and investors. Hybrid work with 2 days in-office per week, plus a broad benefits package and strong career development
