Strategic Finance Director – UK, EMEA & APAC (Hybrid)

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a Finance Director for a leading global consumer goods and beauty business in Basingstoke, Hampshire. You will lead finance across the UK, EMEA and APAC, reporting to the Global VP Finance and partnering with regional Managing Directors to drive commercial performance for a business generating over $1 billion in revenue.

The role requires a qualified accountant, 12+ years of senior finance leadership, and strong FP&A and governance experience.
