VP, Compliance Assurance Lead – Financial Crime Risk

Barclays is seeking a Compliance Assurance Review Lead (Vice President) to steer assurance reviews and independently assess the effectiveness of Compliance and Financial Crime Risk management across multiple Business Units in Scotland.

You will manage reviews from planning through reporting, challenge senior stakeholders, drive remediation, and help develop junior colleagues while shaping the strategy of the Compliance Assurance function.
