One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Software Engineering Director / Manager.
Location – Hybrid Warwickshire / Remote (approx. 1 day per week in the office, 4 days remote)

Experience:
- Leadership of multiple software development / software engineering teams
- Embedding change / able to drive a change agenda / ways of working
- Leading and coaching development teams
- Transitioning teams from service to more product led focus – transformation / transition / service product models / organisational model design
- Leading Agile / SAFe PI Planning (Programme Increment Planning) and backlog management
- Pipeline Automation
- DevSec Ops, CI/CD and automation and platform engineering
Desirable – Any exposure to a regulated industry would be beneficial such as Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Energy etc although not essential.
