Ready to shape food and drink across a growing collection of UK hotels?

Digital Appointments is working with a highly respected hotel group with a portfolio of pubs, countryside manors, spa hotels, coastal retreats and town hotels. The group has invested millions in restoring its properties and is now looking for an experienced Head of Food & Beverage to lead F&B across the whole collection.

This is a senior, hands‑on role with real influence. You’ll set the group’s food and drink strategy, give each property its own distinctive offer, and drive revenue and margin from restaurants, bars, banqueting, afternoon tea, weddings and events.

What you’ll be doing

• Setting and delivering the group F&B strategy, and building a distinctive concept for each hotel
• Leading menu and drinks development with head chefs and General Managers, with a focus on seasonal and local sourcing
• Owning F&B revenue, GP and labour targets, including budgets, forecasting and monthly reporting
• Running group purchasing and supplier negotiations to improve both cost and quality
• Setting group-wide service standards and SOPs, and auditing them through regular site visits
• Making sure every site complies with food safety, allergen (including Natasha’s Law) and licensing rules, with 5-star hygiene ratings throughout
• Leading, coaching and developing F&B and kitchen management teams across the group
• Shaping F&B for refurbishments and new openings

What you’ll bring

• Experience as a Head of F&B, Group F&B Manager or senior F&B Manager in hotels or multi‑site hospitality
• A proven record of growing F&B revenue and improving GP
• Strong commercial and P&L skills
• Experience across restaurants, bars, conferences, weddings and events
• An inspiring, hands‑on leadership style, and as comfortable on the floor as in the boardroom
• A Personal Licence (or willingness to get one) and a full UK driving licence
